Every potential superhuman is different and it is important to understand what makes you you! One size does not fit all.

Using the latest health & wellness monitoring devices for ongoing monitoring, which enables us to receive and collate in depth data about you, to assist in guiding and informing the development and progression of your programme.

Referral to top PTs for online or in person training

Need help to complete your workouts? Aaron has a network of diverse and highly skilled PTs that can take you through your workouts, either in person or online and feedback directly to Aaron about your sessions and your progress.

Personalised supplementation

Supplement formulations put together specifically for your needs that have been highlighted from your blood work. No need to take different doses of 5 different supplements, when they can all be consolidated into a formulation that is designed specifically for your requirements.

Personalised food delivery from a top kitchen (London based only)

Don’t have time to cook all your meals? No problem, your personalised meal plans can be prepared and delivered to you on a daily basis, to make it as easy as possible to follow your programme.

Referral to a network of experts

Need a referral to a physio or an endocrinologist? Aaron has a network of experts he refers to, that all work together on your programme, to ensure you have an integrated team that understand you and your needs.
